Front Desk is super friendly. Room stayed cold.

Flat pillows, thin comforter, no iron, closet, shampoo, blow dryer in room.

"It could of been better."

Our room was extremely cold and our heater wasn’t working properly, the commode the chain was busted and unable to flush (I myself fixed the chain) the beds mattress was extremely thin could feel the board.

Fix the heater and when I told the receptionist in the morning not even an apology was made. Just oh I’ll advise our Maintence.

The room was not clean that was dust all over the TV and the cabinets they did not come and clean the room on Saturday

The room could have been clean and they could have came and clean the room the next day they waited to the day we were checking out I had to go to the front desk to get towels and they never replaced the soap in the room

The check in process was messed up. My key didn’t work then when I got the room it had mold ! I was told that there was no additional rooms and I got another that was in terrible conditions
