Lovely hotel there for family 🥳 party

We stayed at Hall Garth Hotel on an overnight mid week stop over to Scotland. First of all, I have to say that the staff we encountered at this hotel were fantastic. From the reception staff to room cleaning staff, they were friendly and helpful. We booked the four poster room which was lovely and full of character. Breakfast the next morning was fantastic and included in our room rate. We ate in the bar area and the food was very good and reasonably priced. The drinks were also reasonably priced. Yes the hotel is looking tired in some areas and could do with a bit of updating or modernising but overall we thought this was a lovely little hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again if we are in that part of the country.

Exterior and grounds. Can imagine this place was tip top 20yrs ago, needs a refurb.

Somebody else’s business left in the toilet for my arrival.

Beautiful area and nice hotel

Room 27 has a cistern/toilet bowl filling noise every 5 minutes. On the 0 and 5 minutes... alllllllllllll night
