Thankfully a refund.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. We checked in and left shortly afterwards due to the condition of the room. There was visible damp/mould around the window and walls, water staining, peeling and cracked paintwork, damaged wood around the window frame, dirty carpet edges, and the room felt poorly maintained throughout. This was not simply a dated room with character — it felt neglected and unacceptable for paying guests. Customer service at the hotel was also very poor. When we raised our concerns, we were told we would have to take it up with Booking.com rather than the hotel, which came across as dismissive and unhelpful. We were also meant to have access to the spa, but were told on arrival that we did not. This was another disappointment and added to the feeling that the stay was not as advertised. We did not stay and requested a refund through Booking.com. To be fair, the Booking.com representative I dealt with was very helpful and sorted the refund process for me, which I appreciated. I would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.

Location and room was bridal (not requested) but was very big

The walls looked cracked/paper bubbly. My door lock was broken which meant i used the chair to secure it. The room was not the cleanest especially if for bridal suite.
