Room and facilties consistently good, food in the bar and at breakfast very nice.

A fridge in the room would be welcome. Slightly odd man lingering in bar unsettling.

The staff were excellent and we like to mention Rhys in particular. Rhys made us feel very welcome, being thoughtful and attentive. He is a true asset to the hotel. Also the breakfast staff were super and the breakfast choice, quality and all being freshly prepared, was exceptional. Dinner was lovely and well above the norm too. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The window was difficult to open and we had to wedge a towel in to keep it open. A choice of pillows would be good.

"Dissapointing"

Nice room and spa.

The food was very disappointing - very poor quality, cold, late and not as advertised on the menu. The breakfast was one of the worst I have ever had - so bad that we refused to eat it the next day - no alternative or discount was offered. Gutted. The first room we were given was awful, but they did give us another.
