Service was very good and nice facilities but over priced for what it is.

Excellent quality of food, excellent attentive staff, very peaceful and tranquil environment. Quality of accommodation was excellent.

Only negative, chilly bathroom room #23 but it's England! ALL staff outstanding, particularly Dan (bar) and Etta (dining room).

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very peaceful and relaxing environment with amazing food. All staff were very friendly and attentive. Can’t wait to stay again.

From start to finish the level of service was absolutely amazing. The spa was clean and welcoming, with even a last minute treatment booking slot for both of us which was a lovely treat. The seasonal menu option looked amazing but we opted for more casual dining in the bar/lounge area where all the staff were super attentive and went the extra mile for my girlfriends birthday surprise. Feature room was amazing! Everything so clean and comfortable with the extra added view of the garden. Definitely recommend to anyone considering but maybe book some treatments in advance if you don’t have the same luck as we did.

The room in the hotel was awful - no better than a travel hotel - we laid £360 for the night and was very disappointed indeed - had we booked direct through the hotel we could have had a beautiful room for less or the same price - I have lost faith in booking through hotels.com

Incredible post Christmas one night escape with the hubby. Lovely stay, comfortable room.

Stayed here many times previously before covid always relaxing. Many upgrades to decor, bedrooms and bar area Having use of the spa makes the stay perfect.

Great Stay Only small point they offered a turn down at 7 pm this never happened But good dinner and stay was very comfortable
