Location, parking, facilities are adequate.

The beds in the 2 double room for a family are quite possibly the smallest double bed I have seen in a hotel. We are not big people and found that to be underwhelming.

Easy check-in. Good location for walking to shops and cith centre. Good views from room down the river etc. Quiet. Good breakfast selection. Been here several times now.

Walking distance from Grand Central station (bus, coach, train) with a case. Laganside (now closed) was much closer. Lack of spare knives and teaspoons at breakfast, with toast going cold while trying to find the marmalade
