Helpful staff, great location.

Hotel Kydon is a perfect accommodation for your journey in Chania because of its perfect position very close to downtown, kindness of personnel (in particular I want to thank again Alex at the reception and Rena and at the bar). Furniture are in good condition and I found them solid, simple and very functional: light wood and marble, you can have room, shelf and a long desk, ...not for grated in each hotel! very well stocked and assorted breakfast. each corner is clean. I have been three times in Kydon hotel and I love it! see you!!

Buffet breakfast was good with a wide selection of foods. Front office staff were friendly. Our hire car was parked on the property and staff managing this area were efficient. This hotel is a great location for visitors with so many restaurants to choose from and close to the sea.

A good location

Excellent location. Great breakfast whith a withe variety of fresh fruits, types of eggs, cheese, pastries, local espacialities… very convinient private parking relevant in this central location. Staff is very kind and attentive.

Lovely hotel within walking distance of the gorgeous town and Harbour. Opposite the newly renovated Market building which should open summer 2026. Hotel is spotless. Staff so friendly and helpful, everyone from the cleaners, waiting staff and reception, they can’t do enough for you. Breakfast buffet is superb with a huge choice of hot, cold and pastries. We only ate from the snack menu in the evening in the bar but again superb. Our room on the 3rd floor was great with lovely shower and always hot water. Towels changed daily. We were at the front of the hotel overlooking a busy junction, my friend wore earplugs at night but I didn’t need too. Will def stay here the next time we visit this lovely city,

Kiki’s an excellent Front Desk receptionist, she helped get us a new room after the door lock would not work and also provided a heater bec the room was too cold for us.
