Location

Ridiculously long hallways with no help with bags. Only Ice machine on the totally opposite end of property (3rd floor) parking a distance from property or an additional $30. No one offer to help even bring bags in the door from outside.

Landscape was beautiful,indoor pool was under construction. We’ve got unready room at 4 m , I was waiting to receive messages when the room gets ready but I didn’t and checked with reception at 4:15 and she found room was ready . When we moved to the room people were working on windows so due to miscommunication They changed our room and we carried our stuff again to the new room , AC was noisy and in 2nd day they didn’t refill the coffee and tea in the room when we called for refill they brought double qty 👍, by the way we expected better services from Kananaskis Lodge.

What a wonderful stay! We got upgraded on check in to the Black Diamond Club area/room and it was fantastic. Food was great; rooms are so cosy and comfortable. Surrounding area stunning

The beds were marvelous and the coffee in our room was delicious. Appreciated the size of the room and bathroom, also very clean. Mini fridge very useful

The Blacktail restaurant food was not great, overpriced for quality and quantity. Our balcony needed painting and minor maintenance
