Indoor pool was in "re-construction" but otherwise it was great

Check in was unorganized and took an hour and they moved our rooms and they weren’t ready at 4 pm check in time. One of the front desk staff were rude and did not care or even attempt to resolve the issues or concerns.

Great location and amenities for a family vacation.

Really lovely property. Scenic views . We attended a wedding and it was beautiful . There is a kids play room which I think could be expanded with more games for the kids but it was helpful to have a ping pong table and a few videogames. The waterslide was not open but the activities at the resort were great!

This is a great location but needs some work. Check in was late and we should have been comped. Elevators looked tired. Bathrooms need upgrades. Food was good. Having wine and beer from the US is not good. And construction and all of the things closed was not good.

Located just off the highway 40. Great access to K Country. Yes we did see a grizzly bear. The design of the hotel is pretty uninspiring but it's clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly. We enjoyed the bar area and restaurants. All the food is well cooked and priced competitively. The swimming pool and hot tub is excellent. A third party operate the Nordic Spa site next door at a cost of $155.

This is not an actual village. There is nothing else in the area. Construction work is currently underway. Avoid low number rooms if you don't want to be woken up each morning with the Trash being emptied.

Convenient the hotel was next to the Nordic spa. Loved the smores making area. So fun.
