Nice facilities

The room was VERY noisy - the heater / air condition started up every 10 minutes or so and woke us up each time. The staff generally appeared full of them selves (with some exceptions) and it was all about them and NOT about the patrons.

Everything under one roof and really well laid out. The restaurants are nice and good is good. The pool was under construction so that really sucked because that was the main reason we booked our family stay. Nothing too bad though, we just left to do the adventures and not stay and spend our money in the hotel so take that as you will….

The location is spectacular if you’re looking for a mountain getaway.

For the cost of the room we didn’t feel it was worth it. Over $400 for a mediocre room that we overlooked a dumpster even though the hotel was nowhere close to being at capacity.

Room was beautiful and quiet. Staff were super friendly and extra helpful. Only negative was that the indoor pool and hot tub area was under renovations, but I was aware of that when booking, so it wasn't a surprise. Gorgeous views when walking the trail around the property too!

Excellent stay! Gorgeous facilities, friendly staff, excellent food and drink available! The outdoor hot tub was the perfect temperature. The balcony overlooking the trees and with a view of the mountains was top notch. Only issue is upon check-out I wasn’t told I would still need my room key to leave the underground parking. Usually, you scan to get in only, and when you leave, the doors are simply motion detecting. Thus, I gave both keys back at the front desk and was stuck inside the underground. I called the front desk, they said they’d send someone down in 5 minutes. I waited about 15 before another guest had to leave the hotel and let me follow them out. So, if you plan to use underground parking, keep one key with you! There is a slot to roll down your window and drop it in after you exit. All in all, had a lovely time and will for sure be staying again

Beautiful, family friendly and wheelchair accessible. Good food and fun activities like s'mores making and board games in front of the fire. However, the waterpark wasn't open and the current pool is not that kid friendly. Came with my father who is handicapped and they no longer allow handicapped parking by the entrance- you have to park underground. There is a lot of false signage to the elevator underground and our room was very far away. It was difficult to tote my toddler, push a wheel chair, and pile all the bags on my back with no luggage carts and several wrong turns to false "elevators" on the way to our rooms
