Room was ideal and had everything I needed. Bed was fine.

.Poor service .Poor knowledge of area .Lift was not working, on arrival . Room had no air con and a tiny window after i was told i had a Juliette balcony, which i did not. Room was like a sauna and was given a tiny fan to help cool the room down. .Tv did not work, so had to go an buy a HDMI cable to watch the football. Or any TV via my laptop. .Only 1 person was working on reception and the bar. So waited around for an age to get a drink and gave up in the end. . Shower had no power and water just trickled out. Bathroom had no toilet roll holder and the bathroom looked like something from the 1990s. Long over due a makeover. . Room was not clean. . No phone in room to ring reception, and was on the top floor, when i went to tell staff the issues, no one was there. When they did turn up they had to deal with a spillage in reception. As i nearly went flying when walked through what looked like a spilt drink. I did inform the lad on reception when i checked out however of the issues.

Price was amazing, just very run down facilities, staff lovely just tired a tired place
