The location and the staff

The room had a smelly carpets and bathroom had no extractor fannor windows thus had to open door to clear steam and smell after using the toilets. The toilet pan was stained too. So I had ro buy a diffuser for it to overun the smell

Very kind lady on the front desk. Helped us with all our enquiries and had a lovely smile and was so kind giving us great advice on the local area and the nearest beach to visit.

The bedroom safety lock on the window. Due to the high temperature, it would have been ideal to open it a little more to give more fresh air to the room.
