Location superb. Plus some good accomodating staff foremost is the staff in the kitchen and one bell boy. The maintenance rasta staff needs retraining for better customer service.

"A pleasant experience "

"Not good for business trips"

I came in early to drop off my bag and came back around 1pm to check in. My room wasn’t ready which I can understand because check in starts at 3pm. Although I was told at front desk that the room was ready but the housekeeping supervisor needed to check it before allowing me to go in and she was out to lunch. I then waited until 4:30 pm in the lobby before they gave me key and even then they were finishing the room. Then the WiFi stopped working that night and it was still down when I checked out at 10:30 am.

Blue Horizon is in a great location. Pool is wonderful and most the staff are wonderful. The continental breakfast is pretty pathetic and repetitive everyday. Most of our stay was great, the last 4 nights was horrendous. A large group of teenagers who were staying at the hotel were beyond loud until 2am. Even with two calls to the front desk, nothing was done. Frustrating and has made me reconsider staying at the hotel again.

"Blue Horizon, Cold Water"

Some of the reviews here left me a little leery about staying here, but all in all it was okay. My main issue was that out of the 5 day stay, I had no hot water for at least half of the time. Even in a beautiful 83 degree paradise, you still want the comfort of a hot shower. It’s the little things that make all the difference. Otherwise, it was worth it.
