Blue Horizon Hotel

The complimentary continental breakfast was adequate, given precautions due to the Covid virus. Some of the front desk staff were very rude. In 2 weeks I was able to get only 2 beach towels to use at the pool. I was not the only one with this experience. They would just say we haven't got any. The pool area was very good, especially as we probably spent more time there than we would have pre-covid. It was well maintained daily. The grounds were also well maintained.

The maid did NOT clean our room on Saturday, January 22nd. My roommate had to ask for clean towels. I will Not stay there again. Front desk staff was nice, but I didn't appreciate being charged an additional $11.90 for something I don't even understand. I had already paid for the two days in full before arriving. Can someone please expkain where I understand the additional charge, Thank you. I do like that the hotel was across the street from the ocean.

Housekeeping services are excellent. not being advised that the hotel is housing covid patients for testing and quarantine.

I like that this property was very clean and close to the beach. The staff went above and beyond to help me navigate some paper work needed to get a driving permit. Front desk staff were very courteous and housekeeping staff were amazing. I'm thinking about returning for Christmas.

It’s a nice property, very well maintained. The view we had from our balcony was wonderful. We were just quarantined there so we really didn’t get to use an amenities

My stay was ok

Good value for excellent location. Opposite Rockley beach park. Next door to fast food franchise. Shopping and bars 5 mins walk.

It would've been nice for them to at least have a complimentary bottle of water or some tea bags satchel of sugar etc in the room, remember some of us was on quarantine there..
