Time Out Hotel

The room was spacious and clean and the inclusion of a good sized fridge was a welcome addition. The pool was well looked after and quiet. The standout of the hotel is the location, close to the amenities in St Lawrence Gap and within walking distance of Dover Beach.

The room setup was slightly strange with the two double beds. For a couple this wasn’t ideal and it would have been better for us to have a room with a larger double instead. While the staff were overall nice, we found that they could have been more helpful on a couple of occasions. I slipped over in the entryway of the hotel (due to slippery tiles), the staff were unable to provide me with a plaster/bandaid. We would have expected them to have some element of basic first aid. We also asked for a spoon to take to the room but this couldn’t be provided by the restaurant or the front desk. Slightly disappointing as these are the touches that make a hotel feel more relaxing.

Cleaner station always in the corridor, steps and veranda dirty. Laundry prices nor companies are visible. didn't see any "lost & found department

The friendly, warm welcoming staff! How smooth and efficient everything went

Location in St Lawrence Gap was ideal. Access to many restaurants and the beach for sunset walks. The room was decent and well equipped with a fridge, electric kettle etc. tea/coffee supplies were replenished daily.Staff were polite and helpful.

Room could do with some upgrades.There was no hot water from the shower, There was also no water in the room for a couple hours one night during my stay.
