The staff was pleasant, there is Starbucks on the main floor and also a restaurant and bar. Everyone was very professional and pleasant throughout my stay. There is also complimentary water everyday.

There was quite a bit of noise, from loud guests one morning at around 5:30am. I beleive they had just checked in but didn't make any effort to be quiet in the hallway. I felt that calling the from desk wouldn't have really helped so I just waited the 30mins or so until they settled in their rooms.

The room was nice, comfortable and clean.

I was disappointed about the location of the room, first floor with windows facing the parking. I did not consider the price that I paid a discount price for the room.

The location was good for us as it is close to our relatives. The beds and pillows are comfortable. We had lunch at the restaurant - the food was better than expectations.

The lack of amenities in the rooms such as slippers, water boiler though made available upon request. The cleanliness of the rooms was poor. The sliding door of the shower => water leaks out no matter how careful we showered.
