The pillows were good. Location was convenient to meet up with family and friends. The service staff was helpful and the lunch we had was great. We were happy with the Starbucks in the lobby and the natural lights from the glass ceiling.

The rooms were dark, worn out and could have had a bit more amenities. I don't think it is a good idea to have microwave in the lobby where during our stay, it caused the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night - around 4am - causing quite a panic especially when I was traveling with my elderly parents.
