Service in the bar area is always very good. The vibe is always nice. Front desk staff is pleasant.

Really loud guests on the floor. Kids running back and forth in the morning and no hotel staff came up to address it. For context, we were there when the Real Madrd team and probably every fan from Spain was in the hotel and there was less noise! We would have just appreciated someone reminded the loud guests that there were others in the hotel trying to rest, relax and sleep.

The location was perfect. The staff, the lobby, the room all great. We upgraded to a suite and were not sorry. Perfect for exploring Philadelphia and would stay again.

The bathroom was a bit dated but perfectly fine and the bed linens and pillows could use a refresh - otherwise fantastic.
