Starting with the valet parking, and continuing with our bellhop, Obed, we were made to feel special throughout our stay. The hotel is lovely, as was our beautiful suite, which was a surprise upgrade.The bar/lounge area offers fine food and drink and a lively, yet relaxing experience.

Everyone from the valet, restaurant associates and front desk were friendly and professional. We were greeted as soon as we entered the hotel. Our room was nicely appointed and very clean and neat. Valet service was very efficient. The Liberte" Restaurant has a great staff and a great menu, especially for happy hour. Sofitel is our only hotel choice when we visiting Philadelphia. A great location with many restaurants within walking distance.

"Great Hotel but Be Aware of F&B Credit as Part of Urban Experience Fee"

Hotel is in great location with wonderful breakfast buffet, large gym, and other amenities. Urban experience fee includes a F&B credit of $22 which I had to fight for. Wasn't on my original receipt and, when I called hotel to inquire, was told that it was on there but was "hidden". Only when I argued the point did the front desk rep. actually credit my card for the $22. Ironically, when I checked out, the front desk rep voluntarily told the gentleman in front of me that this credit was on his final bill so it left an overall negative impression of my experience.
