The location was good but that’s the only positive aspect to this

It was dirty, it was in very poor state of repair, the room stank of weed when we returned but hadn’t when we checked in. The bedding smelt of vomit and the staff were unfriendly

Receptionist was polite

The place was old, run down, broken stairs before we got to the room. The room was filthy. Tiles and ceilings in the bathroom were covering in mold, the curtains were stained and had holes in them. The window looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. We walked out after minutes, could not stay the night there. Disgusting!!!@

The other hotel and pub over the road

It was like an episode of faulty towers the electric blew and wouldn't turn back on the pat test was out of date. big ceiling leak outside the room the shower was cracked and patched up with fibre glass filler. The drinks in the bar were flat and there wasn't any diet coke.

The hotel would of been fantastic if the restaurant was home for breakfast

No food facilities

It had a roof and a bed

Our room had no towels or toilet paper so we had to go to the front desk to ask for them. Felt very dirty and outdated. The toilet seat wasn’t properly fixed in place, the hotel was very hot which made it hard to sleep, the key to the door kept getting jammed so it was hard to even get in… annoying when you have to keep going to reception to ask for basic amenities.

Location

Everything else. Booked together and were given rooms miles apart at different sides of the building. Switched rooms and got wasps and unclean bedding with mould in the rooms. Switched again and yet again unclean, mould, wasps, squeaky bed with uncomfortable springs. Ended up cancelling the stay and requesting a refund. Had to find a last minute booking elsewhere instead.
