Travelodge by Wyndham Monroe

We didn’t have breakfast, and the room with the spa tub we reserved DOES NOT EXIST!!! When I called the front desk the night guy informed me that I could leave and come back in the morning and get a refund. The manager ( can’t remember her name) was quite pleasant. The room had some cleanliness issues and the cable didn’t work well

Very rude staff

I actually liked the refrigerator, the microwave was okay, and I would like to say that the gentleman working overnight as well as the woman working in the morning for both very kind and caring towards me and I really really want to say I appreciate both of those too, they tried to help me and accommodate me. I'm extremely grateful!

The snack machine took money but did not give snacks. My toilet leaked all over the place causing me to put towels on the floor everywhere in the bathroom respectively... The carpet was not clean really... And though the bed sheets seem to clean in my opinion, it still felt like that didn't dry all the way out of the dryer or something, which is strange because I checked in in the middle of the night so maybe it was just when I cooled off the room, I don't know, it was weird. I also don't like that management refuses to actually listen to staff trying to care for the motel as they are trying to do their job, please do better and listen to your employees management, take care of your crew and your crew will take care of you I've learned as a former manager myself. You'd be amazed how much it can be accomplished by taking care of your team, and remember, one last thing, a respect for your environment is respect for yourself so please take more pride in your motel and make it better.

To many people and kid's outside. More like people lives there.

It was dirty and smelled bad . Flys everywhere Woke up with bites We ended up throwing away are luggage and buying new clothes to where to a funeral since we didn't want to risk taking anything home We left cedar point late and checked in late so had no other option since my mom's wake was the same day Some lights didn't work Crack in sink Missing light and fan cover in bathroom Had a ozone machine going to hide the smell but didn't work Holes in bathroom door Paint over mold and soft wall cobwebs between light fixtures and walls A lot of people living there instead of just traveling and they think they own the place was a group of teens hanging out with an older gentleman that seem to be scoping cars and kinda loud till about 2. Didn't get any sleep and was staying one night because we were in town for my mom's wake .wouldn't recommend for a family

The staff in the office were rude, the property was messy, the room was disgusting.

Cut my foot on a piece of metal sticking out at the bottom of the bed. Floors were uneven and were difficult to walk on. Bath did not have requested grab bars. Toilet had to be plunged before it worked properly. Property appeared to be a long term rental property.

Not sure about their pillows I always bring my own. Bed was somewhat no very uncomfortable. It was quite at night. They barbecue grills around I did ask if they were for everyone’s use just the one staying long term.
