The space in room was good and staff was friendly especially the lady during breakfast was soooo nice

Very worn and rooms need paint and new carpet. Was surprised there was no one at check in before 8pm although after hours checkin was quick and easy

"The best cheapest hotel I've stayed in"

Very large room, nice amenities for the cost. VCR player, with good choices of DVDs. This place felt more homely than other hotels I've stayed in.

Paint peeling in the shower. The fan sounds like it's working hard, but not moving air very effectively. The breakfast a bit limited in choices. These were such minor problems, as this place is exceptionally nice for the money.

Everything about this place is Peaceful, family oriented, clean and happy. This is the only hotel we use when traveling to Cincinnati

The occupancy sensor light switches in the bathroom were annoying when getting up at night. The light comes on whether you want it to or not and then you’re blinded when you turn it off.

"I really like it was privately owned, everyone was very relaxed and helpful."

I thought the staff was knowledgeable about what needed to be done and very helpful if I needed anything.i highly recommend Ashley quarters to anyone that wants a peaceful stay away from home.

I can't find one thing that they could have done better

Fantastic property. Easily one of the best places I’ve stayed at. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming. Location was easily accessible. So much nicer than a franchise
