Good location for tourist stay. Near many stores and restaurants. Easy access to highway. Room is comfortable enough for a short stay. Decently Comfortable bed, good AC, big TV

The room was fine enough but has some quirks. The hot water valve was backwards for hot/cold water. The clothes dresser was on a slant so the drawers kept opening. The parking lot is tight and floods with rain

The service at the front desk. Very helpful. The room always cleaned. It's simple and refreshing.

Parking is weird, and we did not like parking garage. The faucet in the bathroom was loose. Water pressure was low. Pillows were horrible.

Struttura fatiscente. In 5 giorni nonostante le ripetute richieste non ci hanno mai rifatto la stanza. Asciugamani indecenti con buchi. Viene dato con 3 stelle ma non è neppure un 2 stelle. Oltretutto con un prezzo esageratamente alto per quanto offerto.

I liked how the pricing was reasonable and we didn’t have a deposit .

If you going to upcharge the rooms and charge deposit. Fix up the rooms to match the price we pay. This hotell should never charge more than 160. If I’m going to start paying expensive rates might as well start going across the street where I can get my month worth.

Nothing, the property is dirty and has bed bugs. The staff is rude and disrespectful.

Everything, they have poor customer service

Room was well-suited for our requirements. We ended up having a much better night than I thought I would as compared to other places at the same price range. Rested well.
