Friendly staff, location ok, free parking. Rooms ok but bathrooms outdated.

Die Lage des Hotels ist schon mal toll: Ausblick auf die Intracoastal und nur einen Katzensprung vom Sebastian Street Beach entfernt. Der Parkplatz liegt gleich um die Ecke (Valet-Parking ist auch verfügbar), von dem man durch eine gesicherte Hintertüre direkt zu den Zimmern kommt - sehr praktisch mit Koffern. Die Anlage ist äusserst gepflegt, der Pool nicht gross, aber vollkommen ausreichend und in einem Teil sogar tief. Die Damen am Empfang waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer und insbesondere das Badezimmer hatten eine gute Grösse und waren sehr sauber. Zufälligerweise fand an einem Abend eine Weindegustation statt, zu der wir eingeladen wurden.

Our second visit to Fort Lauderdale and second timing staying at The Pillars Hotel. From the friendly staff to the stunning pool area, we can’t fault this hotel or its location. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet spot to stay right by the beach.

It was amazing! Alicia was fantastic during the check-in... She managed to get us an upgrade to an upstairs suite. The room was phenomenal! Lovey breakfast, welcome gift... Great Fourth of July evening. We will be back!

Bathrooms are a bit outdated. But very clean.

This was our first time staying at a small luxury hotel and the Pillars made it a fantastic experience. The grounds were beautiful and the room was clean and comfortable. We hardly saw any other guests during our stay and enjoyed the pool to ourselves at night and again the next day. We also took the short walk to the beach and spent several hours there. We were looking forward to dining outside for dinner but unfortunately the weather did not cooperate. The food was good and the service was excellent. We had a few small items like no iron in our room and the in room safe did not work but the desk was responsive.

Beautiful rooms

The Pillars Hotel & Club is easily the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I loved the peaceful, quiet atmosphere—it’s a refreshing change from larger hotels. The staff were genuinely warm and attentive, and my Deluxe Waterview Suite was beautifully decorated with stunning views. Dinner was delicious, and every detail felt thoughtfully considered. I highly recommend The Pillars for anyone seeking a relaxing and memorable stay.
