The Upham Hotel

From the ambience, to the staff. The rooms did seem a little outdated but I didn't even mind! The location, perfect. Parking was a little tight, but we managed. Overall, felt like I was in a Hallmark movie. This stay was so lovely. The staff, again, so nice. They reminded me of what good service is, its a disappearing art these days.

The property has a very nice location so you can basically walk everywhere. There are also bikes that can be rentet in front of the property. They offer happy hour and cookies. Especially one lady at the frontdesk was super friendly when we checked in. There are a lot of parking opporturnities for free which was a big plus!

The room was a bit elderly and could use some new furniture :)

The staff provided excellent service

Currently staying here and this place is absolutely atrocious. The bathroom which is the first thing I noticed because I was trying to take a shower, have no ventilation. So you know that means? Mold. They try to hide it but it’s absolutely disgusting and you can see it. The rooms have a fridge but no microwave?!, for the price, you get no washer or dryer ammenities in the whole place. So if an accident happens to you and your clothes get dirty? No place to wash, they direct you to a laundry mat. Front staff is nice but there was a rude encounter from a guy when I asked him a question. Good luck when booking.
