Nice pool

Lovely L’Ocitanne products. Nice tea and coffee available for free in the mornings. Spa was quiet in the evening, hot tub pool was enjoyable after a long day walking. Good proximity to shuttle buses to the lakes. Trailhead Cafe close by - would highly recommend! Absolutely brilliant earplugs available in the room, which unfortunately we did need to use, but they worked well!

Bed was comfortable, although a little small. Very hot in the room (no AC?). It is very dated, which may not be everyone’s cup of tea. Shower in bath, water didn’t drain well. Lots of noise in the evening, young children running down the corridors shouting - very thin walls. It is very expensive to stay here so it fell short of our expectations.

The front desk staff went above and beyond to accommodate any and all requests; went above and beyond and were very friendly!

Further from Lake Louise than I thought and definitely very far from Calgary airport

Thought the room furniture and carpet needed updating for the price.

We were looking for some place special for a "special" anniversary. The Post met and exceeded all of our expectations for quality of the room, service, dining, and location (for both downhill and cross-country skiing).

A lovely location and hotel, with exceptional staff. The hotel has good amenities, was clean and very well presented and maintained. I personally struggled with the noise coming from the hallway each morning as I am a light sleeper and the room door didn’t seem to buffer a lot. The massage I had in the spa was excellent and all meals that I had there were delicious.

Beautiful property with views the of the Rocky mountains, cozy rooms, excellence service and delicious cuisine.

Beautiful setting. Very accommodating staff. Great food. Room needs to be freshened up.Nice pool and hottub.
