No air conditioning. This is not a hotel to stay during the hot summer days, they should not make you pay like you're in a five star and then sleep much worse than at home. We saw on booking there were a lot of bigger rooms left, with more windows to circulate air at night, but the reception staff refused to propose an upgrade. So we stayed in our little room with one window only giving on the forest, a loud fan, and not much air. I was extremely disappointed they did not answer our ask, because there were still 4-5 rooms still available with more windows. They simply said they didn't have any more rooms in that category, not a very entrepreneurial spirit. Then the chalet is built to keep the heat inside, so even with windows open and the fan it was not an easy night. It's true on the listing the AC was not listed, but to be honest for a five star hotel I was giving it for granted that there would be. They should be more explicit in saying it. The pool was ok, but rather small, not beds for everyone, and a very loud drunk dude screaming the story of his life from the pool. Again, not a five star behaviour and the staff didn't tell him anything. I'd rather go to Switzerland next time.

Premier été d’ouverture, je pense que le personnel n'était pas au complet ni même prêt pour accueillir des clients. Beaucoup d’attente au restaurant et au bar (50 minutes pour une salade et un croque monsieur pour un total de 45€) + un thé glacé « maison » à 14€ le verre alors qu’il est proposé en libre service au niveau du spa … Le petit déjeuner n’est (selon mes goûts) pas assez fourni, et au vu du prix (40€ par personne) ce n’est pas ce que j’attends d’un 5*
