Les Chalets du Mont d'Arbois & Spa, Megève

We loved the location, the beautiful views, the historic chalet’s decor and coziness, the very friendly and attentive staff, including the concierge, the shuttle service to the ski gondola and Megeve town, and the personalized service of the ski shop where we were able to leave our equipment and boots instead of carrying it to the slopes every day. The pool and spa was amazing during a heavy snow day! It was my daughter’s 30th birthday celebration and all the staff knew it and prepared many surprises for her to make her day extra special! ❤️🍾🥂Thank you! 🤗

The hotel comprises of three chalets, and the amenities are in the main chalet. We stayed in the Alice chalet, which is located about 100 meters from the main chalet. During snow storm, they will pick you up with a shuttle to take you to the pool or restaurant, but it is a little inconvenient. On the other hand, the Alice and Noemi chalets are very quiet and the room was so comfortable, especially the bed, which was the best we ever had in a hotel!

Incredible stay in Megeve. Small property with 5* amenities & dining. The shuttle will take you most places and takes the hassle out of going off property for dinner. This property also gives you access to a private locker room at the Mont d’Arbois ski area which is huge. Ask for Anthony, he is incredibly helpful with skiing and restaurant recommendations.

Service. Sauna does'n work. The personal forgot in 50 % cases to do the evening servis in the room. Long waiting time for breakfast.

Just wanted to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude for making my recent stay at the hotel truly unforgettable. From the warm welcome at check-in to the exceptional service throughout my visit, every detail exceeded my expectations. The comfort and hospitality was provide are unparalleled, and I felt like a valued guest every step of the way. Staff's attentiveness and dedication to making my experience special did not go unnoticed.

There were pleasant lounge areas and a good spa. The concierge service was very responsive, promptly booking any restaurant in town and helping resolve any request. The hotel offered delicious breakfasts and a convenient shuttle service to Megève.

The standard room was very different from the photos presented. It was extremely small. You can see how the ceiling in the room looked, which is impossible to ignore when lying on the bed. The bedside lamps looked like they had been flooded, all streaked and dirty. The bathroom was also significantly different from the options shown in the photos. There was no bidet or hygienic shower; note that the bathroom either has a shower or a bathtub. We had no shower, only a bathtub. It was surprising to encounter a mattress with connected springs in a 5-star hotel managed by Four Seasons — definitely not their usual standard. When my spouse moved during the night, I woke up because the mattress transmitted every movement. Be aware that upon departure, the hotel deducts a percentage as gratuities. We had already tipped in cash, but additional gratuities were charged at checkout, which came as an unexpected expense.
