El personal fue muy amable y el hotel está muy céntrico. El desayuno muy bueno y muy bien servido.

He ido ya en tres ocasiones y honestamente creo que necesitan una reforma. Las duchas de los baños no funcionan bien. Los muebles y las moquetas se ven viejos, los sofás del lobby están llenos de polvo. Creo que tuvieron un gran concepto inicial pero que se ha ido diluyendo en los años.

It’s really in city center, you can enjoy city from nice historical location. It was a nice experience with my husband.

Spa. To much of Clorox in jacuzzi. And it is 20€ /1,5h for one person. It’s too short time even to enjoy the sauna.

L’emplacement de cet établissement est idéal pour visiter Arles.

L’hôtel ne correspond pas à un cinq étoiles. La chambre supérieure était de taille moyenne avec une salle de bain vieillissante. Le thermostat du chauffage ne fonctionnait pas et nous avons eu trop chaud!
