It looks nice as you approach

Needs a complete overhaul. Shabby is the best way to describe. Our first room ‘Garden view’ was so d and battered we asked for another room.

"We loved the food at the Arcadas restaurant."

The Arcadas restaurant was very good. Car valet service worked well.

The room was incredibly noisy being located over the restaurant and near to function rooms. The hotel and grounds seemed to have known better days - it felt tired. Breakfast was ok but the experience was not at the same level as others we had on our trip.
