• Nice location, slightly outside of town but very walkable (+1) • Spacious room with a great view (+2) • Worn out mattress, have a back ache from it (-3) • Average meals (E) • Friendly staff (+1) • Good, free breakfast (+1) • Breakfast space has no view (-1) • $35/night Resort fee charged for a pool and a sauna, and we didn't use it (-1) • Paid for our incidentals at check out, but then received an additional charge the next day (turned out to be for tips, but a strange way to bill).

Ability to make changes to my reservations was a little disappointing. I was there during a very slow time, their restaurant wasn’t even open for 2 weeks because of it. I tried shortening my visit by one day weeks ahead of time, but was not able to. We called them for me ahead of time and they said no. That was disappointing. Hotel is nice though.

Great location, excellent staff (Borna went above and beyond), facilities had everything we needed.

Very comfortable for a weekend in Sun Valley!

Check in was the easiest we’ve ever experienced. Very nice, clean rooms. Beautiful view of the mountain.

The do a great job driving you to ski base and picking you up. Its not a bus, its a large SUV. The also take your skis and boots to then have them at the SUV when you are ready to go skiing
