We had to go to a wake and arrived about 2:40 PM extra time in room would have been nice. Desk clerk just smiled and said we would have to wait until 3 PM. Promptly at 3 PM room became available. We happen to be in our late 80s. Kids running all over did not feel comfortable.

The receptionist Taylor, was kind, cheerful, knowledgeable and very accommodating. She was a 10/10 Super sweet.

There was hair in my bed. It seemed like it was a HUD living situation and not at all a hotel for people needing a day or 2.
