La Quinta by Wyndham Garden City

The staff was wonderful but the place was not.

The alarm was going off just because we showered and then water was to hot. Every children running around everywhere. Apparently people live there dogs everywhere. Every time we tried to get back in our room the key would not work. We had to continually go downstairs and get it fixed. Not a great experience at all

DO NOT BOOK - this hotel cancelled my reservation I made months ago even though it was confirmed and guaranteed with a credit card through Booking.com. In all my years this is the first time this has been done to me. Absolutely appalling and no way to treat people. Please stay elsewhere.

Fire alarm went off twice in one day. Once at midnight. Evidently it happens all the time False alarms but no announcement or anything.

Too many people hanging out in the lobby. A big hole in the carpet in the room. The fire alarm went off extremely early in the morning

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Dirty, dated and the breakfast was disgusting. But worst of all there is Government housing people living in this hotel! I did not feel safe staying there with the element of people living in this hotel. The Audacity to charge me 1,200 for 4 nights and not inform me prior to booking that this is a section 8 hotel that people live in! I’m beyond furious!!

Front desk failed to locate my reservation upon arrival. I checked in the day before to speed up check in, using my CC. No Luck. Could this have been due to booking.com?

Breakfast was not satisfactory not enough variety of fruits and others edible articles in wash room no supporting handle while taking shower no facility to collect the water in bath tub

My family and I were highly satisfied with our stay. Staff was courteous and the price per night was reasonable. We enjoyed the breakfast offered and parking was free and easy.
