Ease of checking and out. Property is set back off the street so there was zero traffic sounds.

The tables by the elevators make it impossible to use the luggage cart without hitting the tables. They look Nice, but each time I was moving that luggage cart I hit the tables.

Breakfast was good. Hotel appeared clean. Appreciated the outdoor seating space

Front desk person rarely looked up from their phone. This was the second stay and the first room was really nice, second room not so much. Tiles were cracked and I was worried about cutting my feet every time I walked on the floor. Every lamp shade was cracked and broken. Couch was frayed.
