The location was good

The room was dirty and not we kept was very disappointed. I pick this location because of the reviews where how clean the rooms were but I was very disappointed when I arrived to my room . Definitely will not stay at this location again The lamp shades in the room were very torn up definitely needs replaced they were horrible and the carpet was dirty and the title on the floor entrance way dirty I would like a call from management The front desk person had no personality very dry

Room was very stark and smells terrible-wet dog smell everywhere and mildew smell in bath-REALLY TERRIBLE! Many worn and damaged items were obvious in the room as well. Since we were worn out and it was late we stayed thinking moving to be fruitless after seeing multiple dogs roaming the property. The foreign clerk was surly and had had originally disregarded our first floor request. At checkout, the next clerk was unmoved by our comments and I was told that since we used Booking.com there was no recourse for our dissatisfaction. We request compensation! Otherwise, we will be forced to request legal or at least social action.

This hotel is really nice. I had a king size room. The bed is really high (I'm a short person), but it was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was hot and tasted great. The staff was also friendly. It was a wonderful stay, and I'll book this hotel again. 😁

I only reasons I'm rating this hotel as a 9 is because they didn't offer turkey sausage along with the pork sausage, and the bathroom is a little outdated. Besides that, I really enjoyed my stay.

The front desk clerk took my husband to the room and made sure it was handicapped accessible.
