Clean rooms with a great atmosphere and breakfast

I was double charged for my hotel stay & got the runaround about a refund. Was told that my stay would be discounted but that wasn’t true & the hot water wasn’t hot it even warm

It was on the south east part of town

Pool was shut down

The setup was nice inside and out

Where my room was 331 it had wet dirty smelly carpet right in front of my room ,Didn’t know if it had an flood or not but wish she would have given us a better floor,

I like that the property was located in a quiet area. The front desk employees were also friendly.

I didn’t like the tub in my room, it looked very dingy and outdated. The carpet in the hallway was also spotty with discoloration.

This hotel is in a convenient location for me. Quiet place with comfortable beds. There is a large desk, mini fridge, microwave, and hot water maker are in the room. There is no hairdryer or iron. There are a few other few improvements that could be made. The last time I visited the only icemaker working was on the first floor. Four years later and still had to go down to the first floor for ice. Last time I visited, the breakfast was really good with a big assortment of items, everything was hot and fresh. This time the eggs were like rubber. The biscuits were hard like they had been microwaved. The gravy tasted good, but was too thick to soften the hard biscuits. There was still a variety of other offerings. My son made his own waffle, yogurt, assorted baked goods, juice…The front desk was friendly and helpful upon checking and checking out.
