The hotel has it all, golf, swimming pool, spa, two full size bars, a Starbucks, a restaurant, and a unique large area apart from the lobby that has a cozy couch arrangement for a family gathering with a large table off to the side with electric to power up your laptops, study, or play board games. I have never seen anything like it in an hotel and it offered a setting with the comfort of home. Once or twice a week there is entertainment by a singer/ guitarist in the bar area.

"Very bad bonvoy member experience will never go there again"

They use third party services for laundry, idk what their management was thinking when I told I need laundry immediately next morning because I had a class to attend to but no they are so lazy that they don’t care even if you are a Marriot bonvoy member, in short they do not care about their customers or who ever you are. Management is made of dumb dumbs here.

We have stayed here a few times now, and can honestly say we have had great service each time we have visited. The staff are always helpful and the hotel is very clean. Had a couple of issues with the safe in the room, and having spoken to reception, they were sorted out very quickly by a friendly staff member. Will certainly visit this hotel again.

Location is perfect. This is the ONLY pro

Staff was not friendly, from the valet to servers, front desk and housekeeping Honestly this hotel should not carry Marriott brand. Everything is too old and not operating, staff was rude and unprofessional. They have double standards in room rates.
