The Westin Dallas Stonebriar Golf Resort & Spa

Dana at the Westin Dallas Stonebriar Golf Resort & Spa went above and beyond at check-in. She recognized my Marriott Bonvoy status, helped secure a room that fit my business schedule, and followed up to ensure all my questions were answered. It is rare that I give a five-star rating, but Dana truly earned it with her exceptional service. The resort itself is first class all the way, with very nice rooms, top-tier amenities, and competitive business travel pricing. Everything was clean, comfortable, and professionally maintained. I would definitely like to return. Thank you!

Fantastic hotel! Loved the ammenities especially the pool and hot tub. Only negative was I got some kind of stomach bug/food poisoning from the crab cakes. My family and I spent a special weekend together eating all sorts of food and I was the only one to have crab cakes and ended up in the bathroom for 2 days after. Otherwise the hotel was fantastic!! Just stay away from the crab cakes if you order room service.

For a relaxing vacation, much needed to destress, the amount of noise from the pool was very overwhelming and went on from very early morning until after 11:00pm. One night I tried to call and confirm when the pool closed, nobody answered. I went to the desk just to ask when the pool would close, and the employee was SO rude and dismissive because others had already complained as well. My room was incorrect, when I addressed that as well and paying more for a different room the woman at the desk told me I should have said something sooner. I would never stay at this property again, and if I didn’t have a friend in the industry with this brand, I’d never even consider them anywhere again.

Wonderful staff!

Raul was very attentive and accommodating at the Herd and Hearth Restaurant inside the hotel. My wife has a Gluten allergy and he listened to our needs and provided recommendations. The restaurant is well run and the entire staff was on top of it. If you are staying in North Dallas - I recommend this Westin property. We will definitely be back!

Average. Expected more from a Westin. AC is not going below 70, no welcome waters or welcoming for being high level member. Friendly staff, parking was easy and didn’t have to valet - huge win there. Rooms are clean, bed comfortable but smells musty or like this used to be a smoking room. Overall could be great if the AC was blowing more and blankets were not so heavy.

I liked the amenities and how family friendly the hotel was.

I didn’t care for some of the staff. A few employees seemed racist towards black Americans. My daughter asked for a napkin after we ordered breakfast and she was shooed off staying “get it from the end of the bar.” When I heard it and went to the end of the bar there wasn’t any napkins. Another time a black patron was trying to purchase 2 drinks and the employee kept saying her card was declining (this went on for about 10 full minutes) and when she requested a manager the manager swiped the same card and it went through. By this time the ice had melted in both drinks and they had to remark them.
