I love the facility. They had the cutest little grinch igloo set up and we had so much fun.!

The elevators are a little bit aggressive, but that’s all we had a lovely stay

"Definitely not the best but also not the worst"

As a bonbon member I’ve had the pleasure of staying at many Marriott properties and I have to say this property will go more towards the bottom of the list. To start with the pros: the staff and service was great as well as the onsite parking for convenience. Cons: Very outdated showers, on of the things I enjoy most when staying at hotels are a nice bathroom. Unfortunately this one missed the mark quite a bit. The shower is old and dingy and to stay in a “suite” I expected it to be up to date and not run down. Hallways had a weird kind of musty scent to them as well. I expected more from this resort based off the good reviews but this one missed the mark for me.

"great stay ! convenient to Frisco and Plano"

We had a great stay! When the lock on our original room malfunctioned, the staff immediately upgraded us to a larger suite—super accommodating and friendly. We like this hotel because they have valet AND self parking close by. The pool area looked really nice and relaxing, and the location couldn’t be better—close to everything in Frisco and Plano. Would definitely stay here again!

This is our third stay at the Westin at Stonebriar (once solo for business, once as a couple and once as a family so we’ve done it all). We stay for the breakfast! We look forward to having coffee overlooking the pool and Stonebriar golf course and always having the best service from Raul (Raúl) who knows the menu by heart and never lets your cup go unrefilled. We also enjoy the hospitality of all the staff we interact with from the valet to the bell staff to housekeeping to the front desk! We will be back.

"Great executive suite, excellent breakfast, and wonderful staff!"

The staff went above and beyond for our wedding anniversary stay! We had a special bottle of wine waiting for us, and complimentary drinks the night we arrived as well as complimentary breakfast the next day. The food was great at the restaurant.

There was an annoying fly in our room when we arrived. Other than that, everything was great.
