The beds very comfy and the food was great!!

Tried to order room service and called guest service and should have called front desk. I just dialed 0. They told me I called the wrong place rather than connect me. Seemed annoyed. I just walked down to the restaurant and got my order to go. Restaurant wait staff was awesome!!

For a Westin, this hotel is probably a mid level. Although it is located in a bustling area, it was very hard to locate at first. The lobby is open and inviting, however we never felt really comfortable in the space. Our room was clean but not all lights worked. The staff was all very nice.

Very clean

It was very clean and the rooms were spacious!!

They put us in the wrong room because they said the room we booked was unavailable… so they gave us a rollaway bed instead… then we had to be THOSE PEOPLE and make multiple noise complaints because our connecting room decided to blare music and throw a party at 3am. The staff was very nice about it, but all they could do to accommodate us was put us in a different room. We were traveling with our 10yr old daughter who had to be up at 6am for a cheer competition. She was already awake because the connecting room was so loud. But it still sucked to pack everything up and move rooms at 3am.

My husband and I had breakfast this morning and Raul and Ruth were absolutely amazing. The food was as good as the service.

How quiet it was,

My actual room was not fully cleaned upon arrival. Someone's hair was still in the shower and on the shower doors. Toilet seat was not cleaned.
