"It was okay"

Check in was fast! Breakfast was good.

The room was warm….. We had the air on 65 and it still wasn’t cool. Bathroom could have been a little nicer. My husband had to ask the housekeeper to clean our room🤦🏽‍♀️

"It was disappointing compared to the other times we have stayed here."

The property is beautiful and well kept.

After being told the pool was heated, we booked a stay. The pool was not heated and too cold for our family to enjoy. It was also dirty, and there was no staff around at all.

"Westin Stonebriar Great Experience!"

I had the opportunity to stay at the hotel last weekend with my wife and daughter, and the customer service was outstanding from start to finish. The front office supervisor, Dana Scott was exceptionally professional and friendly--truly five-star service. I'll be returning to Dallas soon and will definitely stay at the Westin Stonebriar again. If you're looking for exceptional hospitality service, this is the place to stay.
