ホテルスタッフの接客がとても良かったです。設備も綺麗で、朝食ブュッフェも華やかで満足でした。高級ホテル感もあります。 たまたまアップグレード可能で当日案内いただき、課金してアップグレードしましたが、それもまた最高でした。大正解！！ おかげさまで大変満足な旅行初日になりました。夢舞台、近くのお寿司屋さんも、よかったです！また来ます！！

お部屋のG/Uありがとうございました。 おかけさまで、コールドムーンに、朝日が、とてもよく見る事ができました。

特にはないですが、大浴場があると思いこんでました。でも、スバル&フィットネスはありましたね。

"夢舞台を楽しみながら、快適な宿泊"

夢舞台が目の前で、滞在しながら観ることができ、三ノ宮からのバスがホテル前で止まり、アクセスがよい。 女性のスタッフが親切。 朝のビュッフェのアイスクリームがおいしい！

部屋に入り、洗面に入ると、ハンドソープの容器が、なぜか茶色く汚れていたのと、テレビの脇の白い台に、小さな茶色のシミが残っていたこと。 連絡するのが面倒なので、そのままにして拭き取りましたが、残念でした。 化粧水などのセットはなく、ボディー クリームしかないこと。そのクリームも好みの香りではなかったこと。
