"A great stay in Palo Alto"

After a mixed experience in early November, this time I had a great experience at the Westin in Palo Alto. From the moment I checked-in, the staff was attentive and friendly. A special thank you to Jenny and Tony from Front Desk, as well as Oscar โ€“ they were passionate, professional and cared about the guests. Overall, the dรฉcor and ambiance of the Westin Palo Alto were very warm and cozy. The 1 bedroom fireplace suite was comfortable, and the fireplace in the sitting area/living room area offered some warmth and radiant heat during cold months in the Bay Area. The breakfast offering for elite members was adequate and provided a great start to the day. The underground parking was a plus for rainy days. Overall, it was a short but comfortable stay.

"Great Location and Cleanliness, But Room Service Needs Improvement"

The hotel has many positive aspects, including cleanliness and a convenient location, which made my stay enjoyable overall.

I had a frustrating experience with the room service that dampened my satisfaction. When I placed an order, the room service staff seemed unable to identify my room number, leading them to deliver my order to the wrong room. It took multiple follow-ups and around 1 hour and 30 minutes before I finally received my food. In addition to that o had to pay an extra delivery charge added to the bill, which Iโ€™ve never encountered at other hotels

My husband and I had a great stay. Itโ€™s walkable to the train, has convenient parking on the property and walkable to downtown PA. Very clean and beds are comfortable. I actually want to go and buy the Westin mattress now.

"Modern and clean"

The hotel is in a great location. It is very modern and kept very clean. Most rooms have a bathtub which is very nice, you can have a hot bath after a long day. The beds are very comfortable. The room was very clean, the carpet flooring was cleaned properly. The AC and ventilation are not noisy, I had a very good sleep in this hotel.
