Poor service! (1) Received a room card that didn’t work. (2) once in new room, WiFi login didn’t work. (3) Was promised IT would call. (4) Took 1 Hr to receive call back only to be told I had to talk to hotel staff instead. (5) Front desk would not take call from room. After going down in person, there were 5 staff at front desk… In the end, had to use my colleague’ name and room number to access internet. And this in the heart of Silicon Valley???

Good location, clean hotel, great service

The bed, although lower than we've ever had a bed, was VERY comfortable. Rooms and bathroom were clean.

We really were disappointed to have expected the room we rented to be available when we checked in at the time we had said we would arrive. It was not. So, instead of having a corner junior suite overlooking the courtyard, we had a 2-room overlooking roof tiles and machinery like the generator, etc. Ugly, so we kept the curtains closed whenever we were in the rooms.

Excellent rooms, attentive staff and fabulous location.

Loved this place! I was able to check in early. It was very clean and stylish. The rooms are perfect and relaxing. They have chocolates/free biscotti/water in the lobby. Staff were great. The location is perfect - walking distance to both stanford and downtown palo alto.

Clean, close to Stanford medical center.
