The Westin brand in general seems like the neglected unit of the Bonvoy chain. The properties are past their best days with aging rooms, decor, and equipment. The Westin Palo Alto is no exception. There is nothing special about this property but there is nothing wrong with it either. Everything is passable and unremarkable. If you want an average stay near Stanford, this works.
