No ice,No breakfast deposit takes to long to return ,No front desk staff after 10p.m

The location was great. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The room was big and comfortable.

Unfortunately the rooms need some work. The room was not very clean. There was food left in the kitchen cabinets and one of the beds had crumps and bugs.

The location and size of room suites are needs. The lady at the front desk was very nice.

Kind of run-down facility All entry was thru the front door; the side doors were exit only. While that helps with a sense of security, it makes me wonder why this is needed. My family didn't feel safe. The front desk wasn’t open when we tried to check out at 10 AM. The metal security window at the front desk was still down and locked. Not even a drop box for the room keys. The ice machine is still broken. Though we didn’t use the kitchen, there was nothing in the drawers or cabinets - silverware, cups, plates - nothing. The stopper was missing on the tub. The floor was sticky. The remote batteries in the bedroom were dead. Yes, I could have called down to have some of this addressed, but why should it be that way? It gives the impression of neglect or indifference.

The check-in process is excessively time-consuming, only one elevator is operational, there is no public restroom in the waiting area, and breakfast is not provided as advertised online. Additionally, guests are responsible for disposing of their own trash and the hotel does not provide dishes. You will have to pay out of pocket for any dishes and they are relatively expensive.

They allow pets and I could hear them running around pretty late.

Avoid this place. The hallways stink so bad. There was garbage on the window ledge. The rooms were okay, just didn’t feel clean. The lights in the room were the CFL spirally bulbs, and kept flickering,and there was no light at all in the living room space. The elevator was sketchy and bouncy and the doors acted like they weren’t going to open. There’s not front desk staff after 10 pm.

Still haven't received my deposit back they put on my card for 100 . Was no staff... only one entrance after 10. No breakfast.

We were here for my daughters senior prom. As you walk into the building all you could smell was weed. The bathtub was dirty, there was trash in the dresser. The alarm kept going off and someone kept knocking on the door and running. We were supposed to have stayed the night, but just from the things listed there was no way we would stay here overnight with our children; although the mattresses on the beds were no thicker than the pullout mattress on a pullout couch.

Awful stayed for 1 month never received housekeeping. My pets got fleas while staying at this property when management was told they totally overlooked it and NEVER showed concern. When I checked out they kept half of my deposit and claimed my two small dogs left MASSIVE hair in room which is not true. I asked to do a walk through w/management before I checked out but no one did so and I was told I would get my deposit back and to not worry. This place is total Gary weed smoke in hallways and no one cares but ALWAYS find a new price to charge you.
