Food was good

Despite booking nearly a year ahead we were given a room as far away as possible from the front. The air con was so noisy we turned it off to get some sleep. The room was very overpriced, it was a basic motel quality room at 5 star priced

Cost - we understand location makes this an expensive destination but feel the charges + services available are a stretch to justify

The allocated room stank of urine. After complaining we were moved to another room.

Great location, clean and well presented room (desert view) with everything that you need. Frendly reception team. The Mangata Bistro and Bar was great, good service even when busy and the food was delicious as well as reasonably priced. Close to all of the local facilities - easy walking distance even though there was a shuttle bus also available. Easy to walk to different lookout points to walk to and see Uluru from a distance. Great tours and easy pick ups.

On one morning we were woken up at 8am by Housekeeping to service the room. We completely appreciate that many people go out to see sunrise and leave at 6am so the rooms would be free for a service. The check in materials had advised most rooms are sreviced between 2-3pm so we didn't think we would need to put the DND on the door. The mattresses were on the softer side so when my partner turned over I was nearly bounced out of bed.
