"The hotel did feel a very little rundown, however, Uluru made up for it."

Room and location were great. Staff friendly and helpful. Don't like the 'tell us more' prompt.

We would have liked having a trolley cart (similar to airport carts) available to bring things from the car to the room. This was quite a long walk and took several trips.

"Exceptional red centre mini break with wonderful native gardens."

The Desert Gardens is in a central location in the Ayres Rock Resort. A highlight is the wonderful native gardens all around the property. You really feel like you are in the red centre. The staff were very helpful and everything from your pick ups, guest activities and airport transfer’s ran smoothly and our stay was super relaxing.

It was very good in every way.

Noisy room above us, like people were moving furniture. Air conditioner coming on loudly by itself and too warm. It couldnt be modified by us

Food was good

Despite booking nearly a year ahead we were given a room as far away as possible from the front. The air con was so noisy we turned it off to get some sleep. The room was very overpriced, it was a basic motel quality room at 5 star priced
