We have stayed here for the past 16 years and the service is the absolute top notch for hoteliers . From the superb service and attention to detail, we will continue recommending this magical place . Pascal , the vice manager treats us like family and manages our wonderful service all week long ! The views from the rooms is breathtaking and the restaurant is the best in Positano ! Adam and Eve is a over the top delicious ! If you don't stay here , treat yourself to the magnificent restaurant and view !!!

Back at Eden Roc for the second time and somehow love it even more this trip!! This place is so special — the views are unreal and the staff truly feels like family. Pascal is amazing — so attentive, kind, and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. Valerio helped us plan the best days and excursions — he knows everything and makes it all so easy. Luigi is the best — from olive oil and wine tastings to pizza nights at Eden Roc, he makes everything so much fun. The entire team at Adamo ed Eva is wonderful, and the breakfast crew led by Tony and Domenico makes every morning such a joy. The food, the views, the service, the people — just perfection. Already dreaming about when we can come back again :)

From the moment we arrived, our experience was amazing. We were greeted with a very warm reception at checkin from Pascal and the team. We were treated like family from the start. And it continued throughout our time here. We had a wonderful dinner at Adamo ed Eva with Guiseppi, who made my husband's 60th birthday as special as i wanted it to be. Every morning, Tony made breakfast a true experience. Great recommendations and always actively looking to assist when they could. The location is perfect too. A short walk to the beach, and right in the heart of it all but far enough for a quiet night to sleep. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. If you are coming to Positano, and chose Hotel Eden Roc, you will not be disappointed. Pascal, Giuseppe, Tony and the whole team will make your stay a memorable one.

We had the most wonderful experience celebrating my 60th birthday at Eden Roc. Pascal and the entire team, a true family, made our experience truly amazing from the moment we arrived until our departure. We will definitely be back because of our experience and would highly recommend Eden Roc hotel as the place to go centrally located to everywhere.
