SpringHill Suites by Marriott Atlanta Kennesaw

It was a good hotel, right price, and convenient to where we were going. We’ve stayed in Kennesaw several time and this was a new place for us to stay. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful but it just wasn’t my favorite place that we’ve stayed.

The staff, especially the manager on duty the evening we checked in, Dom I believe, was absolutely the best part of the hotel. The grits, outstanding! The only issue was the AC units and the rest of the breakfast. The AC units did not keep the room cool enough. It was a big room and one tiny unit. The breakfast, especially Saturday morning, was very disappointing. There were two college ball teams there and they counted on eating a good breakfast before their games. There was very little options. All in all, a good place to stay.

That the wash room was all the way doorstairs and that the detergent despenser didn't work.

Great place. Need more space for breakfast especially with college kids that regularly stay there when traveling to sporting events

The receptionist was very polite and nice

Under construction

we have a reservation for a night in a few days. I don't see a notice that there is construction going on, and there are no elevators, but somehow I found out ( on confirmation?). The desk staff told me there are many happy staff people to help carry the bags. Time will tell, but I want Ms. Martha's grits so often mentioned in reviews

The location was decent.

The overpriced rooms. The poor customer service. Nobody is attending the desk. They are always in the back room. When they come to the desk, they have poor attitudes. If your front desk associates hate their job so much, they should pick another career outside of customer service.

We chose this hotel at random, but because it could accommodate our family of 5 in one suite. The hotel was like new and in a quiet and safe area. Also, very convenient to I-75.
